Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping policy

To be able to offer as many color, size and style combinations as we do, many pots must be made to order. This process usually only takes a three to five daysdepending on which stage the current production is in (excluding weekends and holidays). Unforeseen problems can occur out side out control, will will do our best to notify you regarding any issue with your order.  After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All other products will ship in 1-2 days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping to the domestic US. This is typically the best value rate at the time of the order. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders near Grand Junction, CO. We collect local delivery taxes for Colorado.

Deliveries are made from 5am - 8pm any day of the week. We will contact you via text message with the phone number if provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Please leave a note if you need delivery during certain times or with special instructions.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@happyrootsplantpots.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@happyrootsplantpots.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
